This Privacy Policy explains what information Trailmix Wealth (“we,” “us,” or “Trailmix”) collects when you use our website and how we use it. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the site and our newsletter, and we don't sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and the profile details you choose to add. You can also sign in with Google, in which case we receive your name and email from Google.
• Newsletter, waitlists, and surveys. When you subscribe, join a waitlist, or fill out a survey, we collect your email address along with any other details or answers you choose to share. We keep what you share so we can tailor what we send you.
• Event registrations. When you register or RSVP for an event, we collect the contact details you provide so we can coordinate the event and send you reminders or updates about it.
• Community member forms. If you fill out a member form (for example, to receive gifts in the mail), we collect the information you choose to submit, such as contact details and personal preferences, and use it to send you the items and stay in touch.
• Course activity. We store your lesson progress, quiz results, poll responses, and similar activity so we can save your place and show your progress. Some activity answers (like budget worksheets) are saved only on your own device. Short-answer responses you post may be shown anonymously to other visitors on the lesson page.
• Purchases. If you buy something from us, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email and order details, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically receive basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages visited.

We may combine the information you share with us across our website, newsletter, community, events, and social media into a single internal contact record so we can serve you better and avoid asking for the same thing twice.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools collect aggregated usage data and may use cookies or similar technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages through heatmaps and anonymized session replays (things like clicks, scrolling, and navigation). Service providers

We share information with the third-party services that power our site, including Supabase (accounts and data), Beehiiv (newsletter and subscriber profiles), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, analytics, and internal spreadsheets), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and ManyChat (social-media messages). These providers handle your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep your information

We retain the information you give us, including survey and form answers, event registrations, and your course activity, for as long as we need it to provide the site and our services, to tailor what we share with you, and to meet any legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems except where we need to keep a record (for example, proof that you unsubscribed).

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time in your account settings and unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email. You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account or anything you have submitted, by contacting us at the email below.

Children

Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
